Lots of rot under composition shingles = new roof, plywood, skylight, and of course gutters!

ROT!  We could see through the soffits into the sky!  This Woodinville roofing customer needed a new shingle roof, and he didn’t need to call a bunch of roofing companies to find the best.  After just one bid he chose Pro Roofing, a Woodinville Roofing Company, to install a new Owens Corning roofing shingle.

Remember the hole through to the sky?  Jim needed new plywood as well.  We also noticed the gutters falling off the rafter tails and the skylight was toast!  We worked the entire package up for him and presented Jim a complete estimate.  He has a budget in mind and we were just under it!

It’s great when everything works out!

We were up to the task.  Now we had to figure out why.  After a quick evaluation we determined that because of the venting, water damage and debris on the roof he needed to make some changes.  We proposed them to Jim and we were off and running.  2 days later he had a new composition shingle with a low E skylight and plywood under it all.  We hung a gutter system designed for debris and installed drainguards to catch the debris coming down the downspouts.  Of course that will be minimized because of the leaf proof gutter toppers we installed.

Now Jim can sleep at ease in his Woodinville home with his new asphalt roof system complete with gutters and a skylight.
