A carbon footprint is a measure of the total fossil-fuel energy consumed and released by a person, product, or business. Here at Pro Roofing we believe in doing our small part in reducing our carbon footprint in order to reduce our impact on the environment. Our part may be small, but our ideals hopefully will spread and touch a larger demographic. We also believe that if one has attention to the smallest details in business, that business must also give awareness to larger details such as installing high quality roof systems. Although each item below costs more than traditional measures, Pro Roofing is dedicated to making a difference.
Imagine if everyone did what we are doing...

• EcoStar, Metal, and Reflective Composition roofing materials: Dedicated to using existing materials, EcoStar's roofing tiles are made of 80% recycled compounds. Utilizing EcoStar products preserves valuable natural resources.
• Recycling roofing materials: While others are just catching on to this idea, Pro Roofing has been recycling for years. Asphalt is the number 1 recycled material in the world, and 100% of our materials are brought to the Waste Management Recycling Plant.
• Recycled Paper: Pro Roofing has switched to recycled paper whenever possible. It is pricier than regular paper, but it is an effective way to limit impact.
• Waste Reductions: Our office has modified the way we do things. We use soft copies of our information rather than printing out endless sheets of paper for file cabinets. We have invested in info structure to create an almost paperless information management system. We also have shifted our focus to emails for our pre-appointment information packets, and use soft copies, such as this very sheet, to distribute information.
• We've got to keep it up, and pass it on! Pro Roofing is continually striving for increased efficiency in many other areas such as: Energy efficient skylights, and offering insulation options.
