Chuck, from Everett, shares his roofing experience on Pro Roofing NW

The following is a review given to us from Chuck Hearing from Everett, WA about his new roof…

Micah was first rate. He did a great job of explaining the products, services and the Pro Roofing proposal. He had a suggestion for a new gutter configuration which worked out well. The installation was generally good; great bunch of guys. We did end up with an area where the shingles were lifted. Not a huge deal, but when it did not resolve itself, Micah came back without any prodding from us and decided to have it redone. It looks much better and we are glad he had it done; great quality control after installation. Thanks Pro Roofing and thanks again Micah.

Thanks Chuck – we appreciate the kind words. From our (Pro Roofing’s) perspective we ordered a beautiful Owens Corning Woodcrest roof and it was delivered by ABC Supply out of Everett, WA. They always do a fantastic job for us and ultimately this was no exception.

The original delivery had some shingles which were frozen in route to Washington and they took on a funny shape. This is not that uncommon and usually the roofing shingles will flatten out after a few hot days. We installed them per spec and initially the Owens Corning Roofing Shingles were lifted up in the most visible spot imaginable, right in front of the garage. Upon final inspection I noticed straight away the roofing shingles we not lying properly, and I wasn’t happy about it.

I told Chuck to call me in a couple weeks to inform me on how the shingles were adjusting to his roofline. I didn’t hear anything so I assumed the Owens Corning Shingles sealed down as they usually do. A couple months later I was up in Chuck’s neighborhood and I stopped by to get closure on his roof situation.

To my surprise, the roofing shingles were still elevated above the garage. I immediately called ABC and asked them to deliver new shingles to Chuck’s house. I informed them about the situation and ABC Supply jumped at the opportunity to make it right.

This has always been my experience with ABC Roofing Supply. Their customer service is phenomenal! With Chuck’s permission, they delivered new roofing shingles that very day and the next day we had a crew up there installing them.

Now Chuck’s roof looks like it was supposed to look from the beginning. We are thankful Chuck has such an understanding frame of mind and we certainly applaud his patience with us. We at Pro Roofing should be the one’s thanking him.
